Submission on the Review of the NSW Home Building Act (March 2010)

A Greens subnmission from Sylvia Hale on the review of the NSW Home Building Act in response to the Office of Fair Trading Review. The submission responds to questions raised in the Office of Fair Trading's discussion paper and advocates for a better form of home warranty insruance for consumeras - a first-resort government home building warranty insurance scheme along the lines of the Queensland model.
